Marketing and Sales of a major insurance provider had to be optimized, in new customer as well as in existing customer management, through the introduction of digital multi-channel measures.
Based on an extensive analysis of the existing marketing and sales measures, we developed a concept for the optimal media-mix. The result was a specific plan for marketing and sales measures, as well as an estimation of the potential of the individual initiatives.
The recommended measures were implemented and led to a measurable increase in sales and cross-sales. With less, but optimally allocated marketing budget, the acquisition of new clients was even increased.
A major online travel company required a differentiated and convergent eDialogue solution to optimise its future and existing customer communications. The aim was to increase online sales and to augment the number of eMail opt-ins.
Based on external data enrichment and the analysis of customer-life-cycles, we developed a target-audience specific customer segmentation and created individual customer contact programmes for each customer segment.
After implementation of the new segment specific contact programmes, online sales quadrupled as a result of a doubling of newsletter-to-sales conversion and a doubling of eMail opt-ins.
Our task was to develop an eCommerce strategy for three business units of our client – a world wide operating retail enterprise. For its distinct business segments, we were asked to suggest the necessary processes for eCommerce as well as to calculate the long-term eCommere potential in a relevant business case.
Based on a detailed market, competitor and internal analyses, we calculated in a business case the eCommerce potential for every business unit of the globally operating retail enterprise and created an investment plan.
The optimal eCommerce ‘Retail-mix’ (assortment, marketing, strategy, technology, eShop features, enterprise resource planning, logistics etc.) was specified, and based on it, the requirements on business processes and IT. The eShop was launched within the specified time and budget.
The task was to develop a digital eco-system for the products of a consumer goods manufacturer. These new products should be connected to the internet from now on.
First, we designed new physical and digital product and service concepts together with our customer. For each of these concepts, a special marketing-mix (product, price, sales, communication) was developped and business models calculated. For the most relevant concepts, topics of sourcing, organisation and distribution were detailed.
The most relevant concepts are presented to the dealers in 2014 and from 2015 on offered on the market.

A door opener which can be controlled by everybody in the iq! office via smartphone. As a result, the reception does not have to be staffed at all time.
The existing door opener on the 3rd level (for the entrance door on the base level) was modified so that the opener key was replaced by two wires. In this case, it was replaced by a relais which can be controlled via a transistor by the GPIO port from a Raspberry PI. The software consists of an apache webserver, html code and a python script. As we wanted it as simple and comfortable as possible, we programmed a smartphone app to control the door opener.
