
General contractor for an consumer loyalty program for one of the largest malls in Germany – Frankfurt Airport
Task
A multi-channel solution was implemented as part of a digitization campaign for a global airport company.
A relaunch of the website and the mobile app was realised, an online shop and a loyalty program are to be introduced.
iq! was commissioned as general contractor to implement, introduce and operate the multi-channel loyalty program with over 100 affiliated stores.
Approach
The project was implemented in three phases using a methodology established at iq!:

Results
Setup and implementation of a multi-channel and multi-partner (various distributors) loyalty program in several languages (DE, EN, CN and others).
Management of an international implementation partner (team of 500 people, including external service providers, purchasing, marketing, CRM, IT, retail and legal department).
iq! acts as general contractor for five years.
Launch in time (10 months project duration), 7-digit number of members.
